The buildings to be considered in each of those weeks, and any procedural requirements that may apply, will be advised when the Commission's investigation into these building failures is sufficiently advanced.

Monday, 10 October 2011 12:14 p.m. by RoyalCommission Popular

There is still uncertainty about the timing of the hearing concerning the CTV building, because the Department of Building and Housing's technical investigation has not yet been completed. On the assumption that the report is available in 2011, the Commission has made a provisional decision to conduct that hearing in March 2012. When the hearing date is confirmed, we will also advise when submissions must be received.
