Christchurch residents have been given a chance to farewell Christchurch Cathedral before demolition starts. For two weekends in March, a walkway has been opened along Colombo Street to allow access to Cathedral Square. Thousands have taken advantage of this and a never-ending stream of visitors has lined the walkway which is contained between fences. Click here for more details and photos.
