CERA Chief Executive Roger Sutton is joined by a panel of experts with advice and information on how to your home and family warm this this winter and ward off winter illness.

Mark Thomas from the NZ Fire Service, David Meates CEO of the Canterbury District Health Board and Sheila Hailstone from Community Energy Action also discuss what those repairing or rebuilding earthquake damaged houses can to do ensure their future home is energy efficient.

The Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA) is the agency established by the Government of New Zealand to lead and coordinate the ongoing recovery effort following the devastating earthquakes of September 2010 and February 2011.

CERA is supporting a range of organisations in making well co-ordinated and timely decisions. It aims to help restore the social, economic, cultural and environmental well-being of greater Christchurch communities.
