Last night the server that CERA uses for external email correspondence failed. This means that a number of Port Hills residents are yet to receive the email we have sent them about land zoning.
This is unacceptable and we apologise. We have asked the provider of the service to remedy the problem as soon as possible and to explain what went wrong. We know this has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience to those property owners. For that we apologise.
Property owners who did not receive an email can call 0800 RING CERA (0800 7464 2372) or email us on info@cera.govt.nz or visit http://cera.govt.nz/my-property
Due to the same issue, our external printer did not receive the email confirming production of a letter to all property owners. Although this has delayed printing of the letters, all property owners can expect this to be delivered to them by courier today.
