Managed Online Backups
Through our partners we are able to provide Managed Online Backups to customers for a fixed monthly fee per gigabyte of storage; we then monitor these backups constantly and will contact the customer should there be a problem with the backup system.
With the recent Christchurch Earthquakes we have seen a lot of small and medium sized businesses move to Managed Online Backups, reducing the need for the customer to back up their own data and make sure the data is taken off site, and should their machine be destroyed or premises closed the data can easily be downloaded to another machine using their username and password.
