Bideford Place – Dallington – Wastewater main replacement *Update*

We are replacing the wastewater pipeline in Bideford Place. The new start date for this work is Monday 12 March 2012 for approximately 4 weeks.
This notice supercedes information in the original works notice "Bideford Place – Dallington – Wastewater main replacement " issued in February 2012.

There is an existing road closure on Gayhurst Road and this includes Bideford Place, however resident access will still be provided.
This work will take place during the hours of 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday and may include some Saturday work. Construction is expected to be completed by 10 April 2012.

Please contact us if you have any specific access requirements that we need to consider e.g. Nurse Maude, Meals on Wheels or any other planned works on your property.
The work will result in some noise and dust if there are dry weather conditions.
The work will not impact on current power, sewer water or gas services.
All works are subject to favourable weather and on-site construction conditions.
During the period of construction, we ask that you observe special cordons around construction areas for you and your family's safety.
