If the delay is to help residents with the complex situation that will arise with several claims, then I see that as a really important reason. I don't understand why that has not been the key message in the media around this issue. Getting it right is important too but people will appreciate it even more if they understand the delay will make it easier and less stressful for them inthe long run.

September Claims / EQC visits

Is anyone else still waiting for movement on their Sept claim? And I have been told by our insurance company that they have at least 4 families on their books who have still not been seen by EQC for damage received in September. Does anyone know anyone in that group?
